This is an amazing business....it's like having technicians on our team...just not on our payroll. In the restaurant and bar industry, we can' afford equipment to be down for long...

The Arctic team has taken care of our business for years, and recently replaced a very old HVAC unit for us. They were fast, efficient, respectful and handled everything with the understanding that we were conducting business at the same time as the installation. I have absolutely no problem recommending the Arctic team!

I've been working with Arctic for many years on various remodeling and new construction projects. They have always done excellent work for us and have been very easy to work with. Highly recommended from a general contractor.

Chris and the team are fantastic. Team supported us with a new furnace, AC and tankless water heater over the last few years. They helped identify right solutions for our home and us, while guiding us as new homeowners. Very knowledgeable and good people.

Guys were great! Showed up earlier than expected, found the issue, fixed it quickly and were kind/courteous the entire way!

Eric and Chris are wonderful to work with and responded quickly to my needs. They went above and beyond, which is rare around these parts. Eric diagnosed the problem with my furnace, got the replacement part and installed it, and ensured my warranty covered the part. When things seemed off, he came back the next day to troubleshoot, ensuring everything was in proper order, and didn't bill for the extra time. He also gave me a handheld device to double check the thermostat against the actual room temperature, which he didn't need to do but did. Top notch all the way.

I had a fantastic experience with Arctic Air. They were professional, prompt, and went above and beyond to help me get my AC and air handler up and running properly. They are knowledgeable and efficient, and the service they provided exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality air conditioning services.
